You decide what you charge per hour. You will see a suggested range for the kind of teaching you do, worked out from your qualifications and subjects. It is guidance, never a cap.
Publish the times you are available. Learners book from those times only, so your calendar stays yours.
Payment is collected upfront and held before you teach, so you are never chasing a fee after the fact.

Ọ́málearn keeps a set commission on one-to-one sessions, and that is the only deduction. Sessions you teach inside a school or Learning Hub programme pay your agreed rate in full.
