For Learning Hub operators

Run paid programmes in your community, without building any of the machinery.

You bring the venue and the learners. Ọ́málearn brings the published programmes, the verified educators, the enrolment and payment system, and a public page of your own — so the only thing you are running is the teaching.

Every teacher is verified.

Every session is safeguarded.

Every result is tracked.

Start from a published programme

You do not write a syllabus. Ọ́málearn publishes the programme — the subject, the structure, what learners come away with — and your cohort is your run of it, at your venue, on your dates, at your price.

Every programme in the catalogue is one you can open a cohort for.

From provisioning to open enrolment

Five steps, all of them in the hub dashboard today.

1

We set your hub up

Hubs are not self-service. An Ọ́málearn admin provisions your hub and your operator account, then sends you a link to set your password.

2

Add your venues

Register each place you teach — a physical address or an online room with a link — with an optional capacity. Venues are reusable across every cohort you run.

3

Create a cohort

Choose a published programme, then set your cohort's name, venue, capacity, start date, and your own fee. Leave the fee blank to use the programme's default price.

4

Schedule and staff it

Generate the whole weekly series at once or add sessions individually, then assign a verified educator to each one. Every session shows you what that educator is paid for it.

5

Open it

Set the cohort to Open and it appears in the public catalogue, on your own hub page, and at its own shareable link.

You do not key learners in by hand

They enrol themselves, pay themselves, and get their own accounts without you touching a keyboard.

Learners find you

They browse the public programme catalogue, the flat catalogue of every open cohort, or your own hub page — and register with their name and email.

They pay online

The platform collects your fee — your override, or the programme's default — securely, before the cohort starts.

Accounts create themselves

On successful payment a learner account is created and activated automatically. They are emailed a link to set their password, valid for seven days, along with a confirmation and the full session schedule.

Or send them straight there

Every cohort has its own shareable link, so a WhatsApp broadcast or a flyer can point people directly at the thing you want them to join.

Your hub gets a public page of its own

omalearn.com/your-hub-name — no login needed to view it

Your own address

omalearn.com/your-hub-name. You choose it from your dashboard, and it checks availability as you type before letting you save.

Programmes and open cohorts

Everything you are currently running, with registration linking straight into the normal checkout — no separate flow to maintain.

A banner and a flyer gallery

Upload a hero banner and as many promotional flyers as you want. Anything you are pushing this term has somewhere to live.

About and contacts

Your story, address, phone, email, website, WhatsApp and social links — all optional, all managed by you.

It also lists the verified educators teaching your sessions, so a parent who has never heard of you can see who would actually be in the room with their child.

What your dashboard shows you

Learners, money and delivery, in one place.

Summary tiles

Total learners, total revenue in naira, how many cohorts you are running, and how many venues you have registered.

Registrations, learner by learner

Every person signed up to a cohort, with their payment marked Paid or Pending, so you know who has actually settled up before the first session.

Per-cohort detail

Revenue, sessions, learners, paid and pending for each individual cohort, alongside its full timetable.

How a hub differs from a school: your learners have real logins, enrol themselves from the catalogue and pay a fee online. A school's students are name-only records with no login, enrolled by hand, and never billed through the platform. Everything else — programmes, cohorts, timetables, educator assignment — works the same way.

Open a Learning Hub

Hubs are provisioned by the Ọ́málearn team, so this starts with a conversation rather than a signup form. Tell us where you are and who you want to reach.

Beyond the classroom. Into life.
