Ọ́málearn publishes programmes — the subject, the structure, what learners come away with. You do not build these yourself, and you do not have to design a syllabus to get started.
Your run of that programme, with your students, in your rooms, on your dates. Give it a name, a location such as “Main campus, Room 2B”, a capacity and a start date.

Create the account, choose School / Institute, and complete your profile — name, type, location and contact details.
Register your learners as name-only records, with an optional email and grade. They do not need their own logins — this is purely so you can enrol them and track attendance.
Browse the programmes Ọ́málearn has published and open the one you want to run. Your cohort is your school's run of that programme.
Use Generate weekly to create the whole series at once — start date, number of weeks, weekly time slots — or add one-off classes individually.
Pick a verified Ọ́málearn educator for each session from the dropdown. Every one of them has had their credentials checked before they appear there.
On capacity: if you enrol more students than a cohort holds, the system adds as many as fit and tells you exactly how many did not make it — so you find out at the point of enrolment, not on the day of the class.
Every session leaves a record, so “did it work?” has a real answer.

Worth knowing before you start, not after
Schools do not set a fee on a cohort. Your students are on campus and are not billed through the platform. Commercial terms are agreed with us directly.
They exist as name-only records so you can enrol them and mark attendance. If you want learners to have their own accounts and enrol themselves, that is what a Learning Hub does.
Programmes are published by Ọ́málearn. You choose which to run and when. If you need something that is not in the catalogue, talk to us — that is a conversation, not a form.
